Single Screw Extruder Machine

Specialized Mould Design
Features a unique adapter for co-extrusion from two single extruders. The extended cooling calibrator enhances product performance and quality.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling System
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304 with an 8-meter extended cooling process for superior pipe surface quality and precise sizing.
Haul-off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable pipe operation. Features customizable hauling models adjustable through general control settings to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-precision encoder ensures accurate and consistent cutting lengths. PLC control system allows manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance and extended machine lifespan.
