Multi-layer pipes are manufactured using co-extrusion pipe line technology. This specialized production process reduces raw material costs while creating pipes with enhanced functional characteristics. For hot water supply applications, the production line incorporates PP-R layers along with additional structural layers such as glass fiber, providing superior performance characteristics.

Two-chamber structure combining vacuum calibration and cooling functions. Constructed with stainless steel 304 for both vacuum and spraying cooling tanks. Extended 8-meter cooling process ensures optimal pipe surface quality and complete cooling of CPVC pipes.
Advanced Haul-off Unit
Triple crawler track system ensures stable and steady pipe movement. Customizable hauling models can be adjusted through general control systems to meet specific production requirements.
Precision Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder guarantees precise and consistent cutting lengths. PLC control system enables manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces constructed with stainless steel 304 to withstand corrosive CPVC materials and ensure extended machine lifespan.
