Product Description
Langbo Machinery offers heating mixer, cooler mixer and mixers combination. The heating mixers are applied for mixing, coloring and drying in the plastics industry. The structure design of cooler mixer can be vertical or horizontal type.
Most dry powder raw material requires mixing before entering the extruder. This mixing unit is essential for mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, drying before molding and processing of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and mixing of phenolic resins.
- Blade made of stainless steel, formed by dynamic and static balance refining
- Double sealing cap with pneumatic start for easy operation
