Processing Process

The process flow of this line is PVC powder + additive — mixing—material feeder—conical twin screw extruder— mould and calibrator—vacuum forming table—haul-off machine—cutting machine—stacker.

This window and door profile extrusion line adopts conical twin screw extruder, which is suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. It has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The high speed mould is available, and it can largely increase the productivity.

Calibration table

Equipped with water circuit and vacuum system, the rapid shaping and cooling by special layout will produce excellent window and door profile. Stable steel frame and high-quality body material like SUS 304 stainless steel guarantee the machine lifetime. We offer several water separator.

Haul-off and cutting unit

Each crawler track is driven by independent motor offering sufficient hauling force with even force distribution along crawler tracks. Highly Synchronized hauling speed and force ensures stable quality of products. We apply direct cutting for the window and door profile production line.

Stacker

We offer automatic stacker holding the produced window and door profile. It will flip periodically pulling the profiles down.
