Short description
The PVC price tag production line is widely used for producing various supermarket price shelf holder/tag holder, the producetion line could produce 6-7 kinds of price tags. It has singel layer, double layer and three layers shelf. We adopt single screw extruder with pellets raw material, PLC control system, 4meters long vacuum tank, two belt haul-offs, cutter with punching machine, 3 meters stacker.
Processing Process
The process flow of this line is PVC pellets- single screw extruder- mould- vacuum calibration table-haul-off machine-cutting machine with punching machine-discharge stacker.
