Product Description
The PVC price tag production line is designed for manufacturing various supermarket price shelf holders and tag holders. This advanced system can produce 6-7 different types of price tags, available in single layer, double layer, and three-layer shelf configurations.
Key features include a single screw extruder for pellet raw materials, PLC control system, 4-meter long vacuum tank, two belt haul-offs, cutter with punching machine, and 3-meter stacker.
Complete production workflow: PVC pellets → single screw extruder → mould → vacuum calibration table → haul-off machine → cutting machine with punching machine → discharge stacker.
