Single screw Extruder 110-315mm PE HDPE Plastic Pipe Extrusion Production Line Manufacturing Machine is mainly used for producing agricultural irrigation pipes, drainage pipes, gas pipes,water supplying pipes , and cable conduit pipes,etc. The unit consists of single screw extruder , die head, vacuum cooling tank,haul-off machine, planetary (swarf less/ chip free cutter / no dust cutter) cutting machine, winder stacker and so on. Our production line is equipped with gravimetric dosing unit, and ultrasonic thickness indicator. Turn key solution can be provided, Like laser printer crusher, shredder, water chiller, air compressor etc. to achieve high-grade and automatic tube production.

PE pipe production line comes with all the necessary machinery you need to start manufacturing high quality PE pipe. From the single screw extruders comprised of quality components to a high speed servo powered puller machines we offer you everything you need to become a successful pipe manufacturer.

Single Screw Extruder

Advanced overall design of direct combination. Efficient screw and spiral water cooling sleeve in barrel, can realize extruding material in low melt temperature in high speed.

Relation between capacity and screw rotation speed is nearly linear, stable extrusion, high reliability, easy for operation.

Vacuum Tank

Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. Its shape is advanced foreign multilateralanti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy. The pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.

Cooling Tank

Tank materials: 6-8mm 304 S. S.Materials Water temperature and level controlling technology; High pressure and stable water jet. Pressure protection design.

Haul Off (Puller) Machine

A pipe haul off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank.

Cutter Machine

The pipe cutter machine cuts PE pipe to the desired length programed into the HMI.

Accumulator Machine

An pipe accumulator machine serves the purpose of maintaining a buffer between the change over of coils.

Coiler Machine

The pipe coiler machine allows you to coil pipe for sale and distribution (See also automatic coiler machine).

Extrusion Die Heads

An extrusion die head can be added to your existing extruder machine to produce 3 layer pipe with a recycled core, allowing you to save money on raw materials.
