All types of extruders are primarily used for PE plastic material extrusion. When equipped with suitable molds and downstream equipment, the extruder can produce plastic sheets, films, profiles, pipes, and other products. Single screw extruders can also be used in pelletizing applications.

PE Pipe Production Line Components
Raw material + master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder → material dryer → single screw extruder (small CO-extruder) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank (water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine → stacker
Single Screw Extruder Machine
Using high efficient single screws, specially designed for PP, PE granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization and high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system guarantees high quality pipe extrusion.
Pipe Extrusion Mould
Spiral type die head ensures high speed extrusion and avoids thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics, resulting in high quality pipes. The mould includes heating control system for high efficiency and easy extrusion. Bronze calibrators enable fast calibration and cooling of pipes.
Vacuum Cooling Tank and Spraying Cooling Tanks
Rapid vacuum calibrating system allows hot extruded pipes to be cooled quickly and obtain final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve enhance pipe sizing, cooling performance, and production speed.
Haul Off Machine
Adopts crawler track type with various claw configurations (two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw, twelve-claw types) suitable for different pipe sizes. Haul off crawler track blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material for high and stable hauling speed.
Cutting Machine
Precision machine cutter makes flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. Powerful suction device gathers waste scraps after cutting for easy cleaning.
Pipe Stacker or Pipe Coiler
Automatic pipe stacker for packing pipes; pipe coiler for small PE pipes (16-40mm, 16-75mm, 50-110mm).
