APPLICATION:

PE pipe production line is widely used in the fields of city central heating, petrochemical industry, engineering, etc. It is specialised in the production of pre-fabricated direct buried insulation pipes made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with polyurethane (PU) as the outer sheath.The production line adopts automatic control technology and integrates core processes such as extrusion, foaming, hauling, cutting, etc. It can stably produce composite pipes with different diameters (DN100-DN1400) and insulation thicknesses, and its finished products have excellent waterproofing, corrosion resistance and service life of up to 30 years.Typical application scenarios include: heat pipe network renovation in northern cities, steam pipe laying in industrial parks, cross-border long-distance heat supply projects, etc.

PE PIPE PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS:

Produce process for PE Pipe :

PE powder + additive →mixing →spring feeding →twin screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine →haul off machine →cutting machine →stacker

Material Feeding:

High-quality PE resin is loaded into the hopper, where it is gravity-fed into the extruder barrel.

Melting & Extrusion:

The material is heated and melted inside the extruder barrel via a rotating screw and heating bands.

The molten PE is forced through a die head, forming a continuous pipe shape.

Vacuum Calibration & Cooling:

The pipe enters a vacuum calibration tank to ensure precise diameter and wall thickness.

It then passes through a water cooling tank to solidify the structure.

Hauling & Cutting:

A puller unit draws the pipe at a controlled speed to maintain consistency.

An automatic cutter trims the pipe to specified lengths.

Stacking & Packaging:

Finished pipes are collected by a stacking device or conveyor.

They are bundled, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
