With specialized attachments, this system can produce inner wall spiral pipes, inner wall hollow pipes, and core layer bulpo pipes. It also processes various materials including PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipes, and other pipe materials. The planetary cutting machine features fully automatic computer digital control with simple operation and reliable performance, meeting world advanced standards.

Detailed Production Components

PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin Screw Extruder Machine
The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank adopts two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank utilize stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing.
Haul-off Unit
Three crawler tracks on the haul-off machine ensure stable and steady pipe operation. The haul-off units can be tailored to specific production requirements through general control adjustments.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoders ensure precise and stable cutting lengths. With PLC control system, cutting can be performed manually according to specific applications.
