And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Product detail
1. Raw Material Preparation
PVC Resin Mixing:PVC powder is blended with stabilizers, plasticizers, and other additives in a mixer.
Drying (if needed): The mixture is dried to remove moisture before extrusion.
2. Extrusion Process
Feeding:The PVC compound is fed into the twin-screw extruder.
Melting & Compression: The material is heated and compressed into a molten state.
Pipe Formation:The molten PVC is pushed through adie head to form a smooth pipe.
3. Corrugation Molding
Vacuum or Hydraulic Molding: The hot pipe passes through a corrugation mold, where vacuum or hydraulic pressure shapes it into a corrugated structure for enhanced strength.
Cooling:Water-cooling systems solidify the pipe into its final shape.
