Product Description
PVC series plastic pipe production line is designed for manufacturing water supply and drainage pipes for agricultural and construction applications. This complete system includes extruder, mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, and stacker.
The single screw extruder and haul-off unit utilize advanced A/C frequency conversion speed regulation, while vacuum and water pumps feature renowned brand components. Available haul-off configurations include two-claw to twelve-claw types, with cutting options including dust-free, saw blade, or planetary cutting machines.
This versatile production line can also process PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, and silicon core pipes. The planetary cutting machine features computer-controlled automation for simple operation and reliable performance.
The produced UPVC pipes are suitable for electrical conduit, water supply, sewage systems, house decoration, chemical transportation, and gas distribution lines. These pipes offer high strength, structural integrity, excellent chemical resistance, durability, thermal stability, non-toxic safety, and cost-effectiveness.
