Raw Material Feeding
PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin Screw Extruder Machine
The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank features two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank utilize stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes.
Haul-off Unit
Three crawler tracks on the haul-off machine ensure stable and steady pipe operation. The haul-off units offer tailored hauling models based on specific production requirements through general control adjustments.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length. With PLC control system, manual operation cutting is available for specific applications.
