Raw Material Feeding: PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin Screw Extruder Machine: The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: Features two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank utilize stainless 304 steel for excellent vacuum system ensuring precise pipe sizing.
Haul-off Unit: Three crawler tracks ensure stable pipe operation. Haul-off units offer customizable hauling models through general control adjustments.
Cutting Unit: High-accuracy encoder ensures precise, stable cutting lengths. PLC control system supports manual operation for specific applications.
