Plastic PVC Electric Conduit Drainage Water Gas Suppy Tube Extrusion Production Line Making Machine
Short desciption
1. It is mainly used to produce all kinds of UPVC pipes for agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage and cable laying, etc.
2. Saw cutter and planetary cutter for choice.
3. Changing some parts can also produce M-PVC pipe, C-PVC pipe, inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe.
4. Coincal twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for choice
5. Double-strand for four-strand for choice for small pipes
Tech Features & Advantages
It can process various soft and rigid PVC, especially process powder directly into pipe shape. It consists conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, stacker or belling machine, etc.
The screw extruder and haul-off unit adopt AC inverters. All electric parts are international well-known brand products, which guarantee quality of machine. The PLC and big true-color screen panel make control system with high automation.

Product detail
1. Raw Material Preparation
- PVC compound (resin + additives) is mixed in a high-speed mixer to ensure homogeneity.
- The mixture is cooled and fed into the extrusion hopper.
2. Extrusion Process
- Single/Dual-Screw Extruder melts and compresses the PVC mix at controlled temperatures (160°C–200°C).
- The molten PVC is forced through a die head, shaping it into a pipe.
3. Sizing & Calibration
- The hot pipe passes through a vacuum calibrator to achieve precise diameter and wall thickness.
- Cooling tanks (spray or water bath) solidify the pipe.
4. Pulling & Cutting
- A haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a synchronized speed.
- An automatic cutter** trims pipes to required lengths (e.g., 4m or 6m).
5. Stacking & Packaging
- Pipes are stacked by a conveyor system or robotic arm.
- Bundled and labeled for shipment.
