Product Description
The PVC profile production line is widely used for producing various PVC profiles, including PVC window & door profiles, PVC ceiling panels, and PVC trunking. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific drawing sections of the PVC profile.
The complete production flow: PVC powder + additive → mixing-material feeder → twin screw extruder → mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
This PVC profile extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder suitable for both PVC powder and granules. It includes a degassing system to ensure excellent material plasticization and offers high-speed mold options to significantly increase productivity.
Ideal for supermarkets, convenience stores, chain stores, and wholesale markets for fruit and food placement labels. The produced profiles offer multiple varieties, bright transparency, durability, and resistance to breakage.
