45kW/55kW Industrial Plastic Lumps Recycling Shredder Machine
Single Shaft Shredder for Processing Melt Lumps
In HDPE pipe extrusion operations, the startup and adjustment process generates significant amounts of waste PE melt lumps. These large, hardened blocks cannot be processed by standard crushers and require specialized shredding equipment. Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and specially shaped knives that efficiently process these materials through the input port, with processed particles discharged from the outlet.
Two Shredder Configurations Available
We offer two single shaft shredder configurations: sliding port and upper port designs. Both models share identical motor specifications and internal structures, providing flexibility for different operational requirements.
