Single Shaft Shredder for Plastic Recycling
Processing Melt Lumps in Plastic Manufacturing
Before HDPE pipe extrusion lines operate smoothly, workers must start machinery and adjust parameters throughout the process. This generates substantial waste plastic melt lumps - large, hardened blocks that cannot be processed by standard crushers. Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and specialized shaped knives to effectively process these materials through input ports, with processed particles exiting through the outlet.
Two Shredder Configurations Available
We offer two single shaft shredder variants: sliding port and upper port designs. Both configurations share identical motor specifications and internal structures while providing different material feeding options.
