Automatic Plastic Wood Metal Paper Waste Shredder Machine
Single Shaft Shredder for Processing Melt Lumps
Before HDPE pipe extrusion lines operate smoothly, workers must start the machinery and adjust all parameters throughout the process. During this procedure, numerous waste melt lumps are generated. These large, hard blocks cannot be processed by standard crushers and require specialized shredding equipment.
Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and specially shaped knives. Workers feed waste melt lumps through the input port, and processed particles discharge from the outlet.
Two Single Shaft Shredder Configurations
We offer two single shaft shredder variants: sliding port shredder and upper port shredder. Both models share identical motor specifications and internal construction.
Industrial Applications
Single shaft plastic shredders perform pre-crushing of challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in standard granulators. Pre-crushed materials enhance granulator capacity while extending equipment and blade lifespan.
Materials pre-crushed by rotating and fixed blades can be further processed into desired particle sizes using granulators. Advanced safety features include automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions for material jamming, metal detection, and overload protection.
