Single Shaft Crusher for Scrap Glass Bottles Recycling & Plastic Crushing
Industrial Shredder for Processing Melt Lumps
Before HDPE pipe extrusion lines can run smoothly, operators must start the machinery and make precise adjustments throughout the process. This procedure often generates waste PE melt lumps—large, hard blocks that cannot be processed by standard crushers. Our single shaft shredder, with its high rotation speed and specially shaped knives, efficiently processes these materials. Workers feed waste melt lumps through the input port, and the shredded particles exit through the outlet.
Two Configurations Available
We offer two types of single shaft shredders: sliding port and upper port models. Both feature identical motors and internal structures, providing flexibility for different operational requirements.
Pre-Crushing Capabilities
Our single shaft plastic shredders excel at pre-crushing challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in standard granulators. Pre-crushing enhances granulator capacity while extending equipment and blade lifespan.
Materials are pre-crushed using rotating and fixed blades, then further processed in granulators to achieve the desired particle size. The system includes automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions to handle material jamming, metal detection, and overload situations.
