Before HDPE pipe extrusion lines run smoothly, workers need to start the machine and adjust details throughout the process. During this operation, large waste PE melt lumps are produced. These hard, bulky blocks cannot be processed by standard crushers and require specialized shredding equipment.

Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and shaped knives. Workers feed waste melt lumps through the input port, and processed particles discharge from the outlet.

We offer two types of single shaft shredders: sliding port and upper port models. Both feature identical motors and internal structures while providing different feeding options.

Single shaft plastic shredders are designed for pre-crushing challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in granulators. Pre-crushing materials increases granulator capacity and extends equipment and blade lifespan.

Materials pre-crushed by rotating and fixed blades can be further processed in granulators to achieve desired particle sizes.

Safety features include automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions for material jamming, metal detection, and overload protection.
