Single Shaft Shredder Machine for Waste Processing
Our single shaft shredder is specifically designed for processing HDPE pipe extrusion melt lumps and other challenging materials. With high rotation speed and specialized shaped knives, this machine efficiently processes large, hard blocks that cannot be handled by standard crushers.
Processing Melt Lumps in HDPE Pipe Extrusion
During HDPE pipe extrusion operations, the production process generates substantial waste melt lumps. These large, hard blocks require specialized shredding equipment. Workers feed the waste melt lumps through the input port, and the machine processes them into particles that discharge from the outlet.
Two Configuration Options
We offer two types of single shaft shredders to suit different operational needs:
  • Sliding Port Shredder
  • Upper Port Shredder
Both configurations feature identical motor specifications and internal structures, ensuring consistent performance across models.
Primary Applications
Single shaft plastic shredders are ideal for pre-crushing challenging materials that are difficult to process in standard granulators, including:
