Single Shaft Shredder Machine for Shredding Waste Paper Plastic Film Textile Crushing Recycling

SHREDDER SINGLE SHAFT FOR PROCESSING MELT LUMPS:

Before the HDPE pipe extrusion line runs smoothly to extrude pipes, workers need to start the machine and adjust every details during the whole process. In this process, there will produce many wasted pe melt lumps. It is big blocks and hard enough. Therefore it can't be dealt with crusher, it just can be processed by shredder. Our single shaft shredder has high rotation speed and shape knifives. Workers put the wasted melt lumps through the port and particles will be fall from the outlet.

TWO KINDS OF SHREDDER SINGLE SHAFT 

There are two kinds of single shaft shredder. One is sliding port shredder. Another is upper port shredder. Each of them has same motor and inner structure. 

Plastic shredders single shaft are used for pre-crushing of materials like sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable and yarn which are hard to crush in granulator. Pre-crushed materials increase granulator ‘s capacity and life time of granulator and blades.

Material which are pre-crushed by the help of rotating and fixed blades can be crushed into desired size by granulator.

Automatic stop, r4eserve direction run and alarming functions in the case of possible material jamming, metal escape and overload.

APPLICATIONS:

• Applicable material: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE,, etc..
• Materials shape: woven bag, printed films, agricultural film, raffia and rigid scraps.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

• The production capacity can be 300kg/hr, 500kg/hr,1000kg/hr.
• NOTE: Depending on material shape, some units involved in complete line will be changed and available.
