Industrial Two-Shaft Shredder for Waste Recycling
This industrial two-shaft shredder machine is specifically designed for processing challenging materials including car body parts, tires, scrap metal, plastic, and wood pellets. The robust construction ensures reliable performance in demanding recycling applications.
Single Shaft Shredder for HDPE Melt Lump Processing
During HDPE pipe extrusion operations, production generates substantial waste melt lumps that are too large and rigid for conventional crushers. Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and specialized shaped knives to effectively process these challenging materials. Workers feed waste melt lumps through the input port, and the machine outputs uniformly sized particles.
Two Shredder Configuration Options
We offer two single shaft shredder variants: sliding port and upper port models. Both configurations share identical motor specifications and internal structure, providing flexibility for different operational layouts while maintaining consistent performance.
Single shaft plastic shredders perform pre-crushing of difficult materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that cannot be processed directly by granulators. Pre-crushing extends granulator lifespan and increases processing capacity. Materials are reduced to desired sizes through the coordinated action of rotating and fixed blades.
Advanced safety features include automatic stop functions, reverse direction operation, and alarm systems that activate during material jamming, metal detection, or overload conditions.
