Processing Process
Materials are loaded into the vertical cylindrical drum where steel spiral blades continuously lift, fold, and mix while hot air circulates for uniform drying. The integrated temperature control system maintains consistent heating, while the variable-speed drive allows precise control of mixing intensity. Moisture is efficiently removed through the exhaust system until materials reach optimal dryness and homogeneity, after which they are discharged for the next production stage.
