Applications:
The produced PVC edge banding tape is commonly used in the woodworking and furniture industries to cover the exposed edges of materials like polywood, particleboard or medium-density fiberboard. It serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose, providing a finiashed look while protecting the edges from moisture, damage, and wearness.

Mould
Specially design for flow channel for superb pvc edge banding tape shaping and reasonable melt pressure.
The large compression ratio ensures the excellent plasticizing effect.
Delicated material flow channel ensure the size of the finished product.
Soaking tank
4000-6000mm length soaking tank ensures the enough cooling time of the PVC edge banding tape shape. We adopt nozzels and blowers to ensure the PVC edge tape dry before entering into the next cutting stage.
Hual-off and cutter
We adopt belt haul-off machine. Customized hauling concept adopted based on certain production requirement
