Product Description
This plastic PVC profile cable trunk production line is engineered for manufacturing a wide range of PVC profiles, including window and door profiles, ceiling panels, and cable trunking systems. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific profile drawings.
The complete manufacturing workflow includes: PVC powder + additives → mixing → material feeding → twin screw extrusion → molding and calibration → vacuum forming → haul-off → cutting → discharge racking.
