Product Overview
This specialized extrusion line is designed for producing MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) profile media used in wastewater treatment systems. The equipment creates high-density polyethylene biofilter media with optimal surface area for microbial growth.
Processing Technology
The production process follows this sequence: HDPE material + additives → mixing material feeder → twin screw extruder → specialized mould and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
