The window and door profile production line is widely used in the decoration industry. With drawing sections of the window and door profile, tailored solutions and molds will be created to meet specific requirements.
Processing Process
The complete process flow of this production line includes:
  • PVC powder + additive → mixing
  • Material feeder → conical twin screw extruder
  • Mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table
  • Haul-off machine → cutting machine → stacker
This window and door profile extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. The integrated degassing system ensures excellent material plasticization, while high-speed molds significantly increase productivity.

Mold for Window and Door Profile
Optimized channel design ensures high flow performance. Each mold undergoes rigorous inspection by experienced engineers to guarantee precision and stable operation.
Calibration Table
Equipped with advanced water circuit and vacuum systems, the special layout enables rapid shaping and cooling to produce excellent window and door profiles. The stable steel frame and high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel construction ensure long machine lifetime. Multiple water separators are available.
Haul-off and Cutting Unit
Each crawler track is independently motor-driven, providing sufficient hauling force with even distribution along the tracks. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensure consistent product quality. Direct cutting technology is applied for optimal performance.
Stacker
The automatic stacker securely holds produced window and door profiles. It operates with periodic flipping action to efficiently pull profiles down for collection.
