Product Description
The PVC profile production line is engineered for manufacturing various PVC profiles including window and door profiles, ceiling panels, and trunking systems. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific drawing sections of PVC profiles.

This PVC profile extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder suitable for both PVC powder and granules, equipped with a degassing system for superior material plasticization. High-speed molds are available to significantly enhance productivity.

Specially engineered screws are designed for processing dry PVC powder blends. Our conical twin screw extruder is optimized for raw material characteristics, ensuring homogeneous mixture, superior plastification, and enhanced conveying efficiency. The permanent magnet synchronous motor delivers high energy efficiency, while the integrated PLC control system enables centralized management of the entire production line.
Double strand molds are available for PVC trunking production lines, significantly boosting productivity. Advanced channel design ensures optimal flow performance, while precision manufacturing produces profiles with exceptional dimensional accuracy.
Constructed with a stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel body, the calibration table features a multi-dimension position adjustment system. Strategic placement of water pumps and vacuum calibrators enables rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles. Adequate table length ensures complete profile formation.
Even force distribution across all s provides sufficient hauling capacity. High-quality rubber components ensure reliable performance. Pneumatic pressure systems facilitate easy adjustment and product protection. Customizable cutting options include swarfless and saw cutting methods.
