Fully Automated Corrugated Pipe Line For Faster Electrical Conduit Production

This production line is designed for manufacturing flexible corrugated pipes using PE, PP, or PVC materials. These pipes are widely utilized for wire protection, drainage, ventilation, and automotive applications. The system ensures stable performance, high output, and uniform pipe forming through precision temperature control and optimized die design.

Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming. After shaping, the corrugated pipes are water-cooled to stabilize their form. The cooled pipes are automatically cut to the required length and collected by the coiler for inspection and packing.
