Product Description
Multi-layer pipes are produced by co-extrusion pipe line. This production line utilizes specialized craft processes that reduce raw material costs while creating pipes with enhanced functional features.
For example, to optimize material costs, recycled materials can be used as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes. For hot water supply applications, the production line can incorporate PP-R layers along with additional structural layers including glass fiber, providing superior application characteristics.
PE pipe extrusion lines are designed for water supply, gas distribution, irrigation systems, drainage, cable conduits, and industrial piping applications. These systems process PE100/PE80 materials with diameters ranging from 16-1200mm, offering excellent chemical resistance, high strength, and consistent quality that complies with ISO and ASTM standards for diverse infrastructure and industrial requirements.
