Product Description
The PVC profile production line is designed for manufacturing various PVC profiles including window and door profiles, ceiling panels, and trunking. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific drawing sections.
Complete production workflow: PVC powder + additives → mixing → material feeding → twin screw extrusion → molding and calibration → vacuum forming → haul-off → cutting → discharge.
This extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder compatible with both PVC powder and granules, equipped with a degassing system for superior material plasticization. High-speed molds significantly enhance productivity.
