The 50-250mm HDPE Pipe Making Machine Extrusion Production Line is designed for manufacturing large diameter HDPE pipes, primarily used in fuel gas and water supply systems. These pipes offer exceptional characteristics including heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, environmental stress crack resistance, and superior creep resistance. They serve as preferred conduits for ductwork systems and water supply networks between cities and suburbs.

- Single Screw Extruder Machine: The core component that heats, mixes, and extrudes fresh pipe
- Vacuum & Cooling Tank: Cools and dries extruded pipe to maintain ovality and uniformity
- Haul Off (Puller) Machine: Pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank
- Cutter Machine: Cuts PE pipe to desired lengths programmed into the HMI
- Accumulator Machine: Maintains buffer between coil changeovers
- Coiler Machine: Enables pipe coiling for sale and distribution
Extrusion die heads can be added to existing extruders to produce 3-layer pipe with recycled cores, reducing raw material costs. DRTS machinery can also be supplied as standalone units for upgrading existing production lines.
