Product Description
The PVC profile production line is designed for manufacturing various PVC profiles including window & door profiles, ceiling panels, and trunking. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on detailed profile drawings.
Complete production workflow: PVC powder + additives → mixing → material feeding → twin screw extrusion → molding and calibration → vacuum forming → haul-off → cutting → discharge rack.
This extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder compatible with both PVC powder and granules. The integrated degassing system ensures superior material plasticization, while high-speed molds significantly boost productivity.
