Product Description
This PVC rubber sealing strip extrusion machine is designed for manufacturing window, door, bathroom, and automotive seal strips. The production line utilizes conical twin screw extruder technology suitable for both PVC powder and granules, featuring a degassing system for excellent material plasticization and high-speed mold capabilities to significantly increase productivity.
Complete production flow: Raw material → Single-screw extruder → Extrusion mould → Vacuum calibration table → Haul-off unit → Stacker → Finished product inspecting & packing

Stable steel frame construction with SUS 304 stainless steel body. Includes multi-dimension position adjustment system with precisely arranged water pumps and vacuum calibrators for rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles.
Automatically winds finished waterstop strips into uniform rolls. Provides consistent tension control during winding to prevent deformation or stretching. Features adjustable coil diameter and winding speed for improved efficiency and convenient storage and transport.
