Product Description
Our double shaft shredder machine is engineered for processing large-volume, bulky, and high-toughness waste materials that challenge single shaft shredders or standard crushers. Featuring a low-speed, high-torque dual rotor structure, this machine performs primary size reduction through tearing, shearing, and compression actions.
Ideal for plastic recycling lines and industrial waste pre-processing systems, it excels with materials of irregular shapes, high hardness, or mixed composition. Common applications include plastic films, woven bags, rigid plastics, rubber products, and various industrial scrap from extrusion, injection molding, and packaging processes.
We offer two primary structural configurations:
- Horizontal Double Shaft Shredder
- Hydraulic Pusher Double Shaft Shredder (optional feeding system)
Both configurations utilize the same core dual-shaft cutting system and heavy-duty gearbox design, enabling flexible integration into diverse production layouts and material feeding conditions. Optional configurations can be customized based on material type, discharge requirements, and downstream equipment layout.
