Product Description
In the middle west countries, the LED light market is vast with huge demand. For LED lighting applications, the cover and bottom profiles are manufactured using PC (polycarbonate) material. The two-color PC LED tubes require co-extrusion craftsmanship.
This production line is equipped with one 65/28 22kW extruder and another 50/28 11kW extruder. The co-extrusion process ensures profiles are produced with two distinct colors. We utilize a 2500mm long and 600mm wide calibration table. The haul-off machine employs a two-belt method that ensures the cover and bottom LED light tubes fit together perfectly. The system concludes with a cutter unit and stacker for organized placement of finished PC profiles.
