Multi-layer pipes are manufactured using sophisticated co-extrusion pipe line technology. This specialized process reduces raw material costs while creating pipes with enhanced functional characteristics.
- Recycled materials can be utilized as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes for cost optimization
- For hot water supply applications, the production line incorporates PP-R layers with additional structural layers including glass fiber for superior performance
- Single screw extruder
- Co-extruder: For manufacturing marking lines on pipes or creating multi-layer pipes

- Vacuum tank: Designed with single or double vacuum chambers based on diameter requirements
- Cooling tank: Configured with one, two, or three tanks depending on diameter
