Product Description
The WPVC door panel extrusion machine is widely used in the decoration industry. Manufactured from PVC and wood powder materials, this production line supports various door dimensions including 830mm, 950mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, with customization options available.
The complete extrusion line features an SJ92/188 extruder, 6-meter wide vacuum tank, saw cutter unit, and robotic handling system. The entire production process operates fully automatically, requiring only one operator to manage the complete extrusion line.

Features 92/188 conical twin screw and barrel specifically designed for WPVC door panel production. Delivers superior plastisization performance for PVC powder with capacity reaching 800-1000kg/h. Utilizes premium Chinese brand components with dedicated screw channel design.
Wide panel mould with smooth internal flow channel surfaces. Provides sufficient coating time with precision engineering for stable operation, ensuring produced panels maintain shiny, smooth finishes.
Equipped with 8-meter water circuit and vacuum system. Special layout enables rapid shaping and cooling to produce excellent window and door profiles. Constructed with stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel for extended machine lifetime. Includes multiple water separators.
Each crawler track features independent motor drive providing sufficient hauling force with even distribution. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensures consistent product quality. Direct cutting system implemented for window and door profile production.
Automated robotic system transfers produced door panel profiles from holder to landing area. Capable of 24-hour operation to maintain production capacity while significantly reducing labor costs.
