Single Screw Extruder: Crafted with top-brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency, and machine durability. Features international standard single screw and barrel with strong rigidity for long service life and superior plasticizing effect.
Mould: Spacious flow channel design guarantees high extrusion capacity and excellent melting effect. Manufactured and inspected by experienced professionals with optimized temperature control and flow channel design for precise melt temperature management.
Vacuum and Cooling Tank: Constructed from stainless 304 steel with excellent vacuum system for precise pipe sizing. The holder in the first step of the vacuum calibration tank ensures proper pipe shaping and provides additional power for pipe movement.
Haul-off Unit: Ten crawler track system ensures stable and steady pipe operation. Unique mechanism prevents pipe ovality while specialized belt design assures proper pulling without slippage.
Cutting Unit: Offers two cutting methods including rapid cutter and planetary cutter. Cutting method can be switched randomly according to produced pipe material requirements.
Coiler: 16-40mm HDPE pipes are wound by double disk coiler, while 50-110mm pipes use single disk coiler. Fully automatic operation powered by cylinder system.
