Spacious flow channel design guarantees high extrusion capacity and excellent melting effect. Manufactured and inspected by experienced professionals with optimized temperature control and flow channel design for precise melt temperature control.
Constructed with stainless 304 steel. The advanced vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing. The holder in the first step guarantees proper pipe shaping and provides additional power for pipe movement.
Ten crawler tracks ensure stable and steady pipe operation. Unique mechanism prevents pipe ovality while specialized belt design assures proper pulling without slippage.
Offers two cutting methods: rapid cutter and planetary cutter. Cutting method can be switched randomly according to produced pipe material requirements.
16-40mm HDPE pipes are wound by double disk coiler, while 50-110mm pipes use single disk coiler. Fully automatic operation powered by cylinder.
