Product Description
The PVC pipe extruder machine — also known as a PVC pipe making machine or PVC pipe extrusion line — is primarily used to manufacture UPVC and PVC pipes in a wide range of diameters and wall thicknesses. Typical applications include agricultural and construction plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
Each line is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, and stacker. The screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency control devices, while the vacuum pump and traction motor use advanced components. The haul-off machine is available in multiple configurations — two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, and six-claw — and can be fitted with either a visual blade or a cutting type. The unit delivers reliable performance and high production efficiency.
Our machines can produce PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 630mm.
The conical twin-screw extruder is professional equipment for extruding PVC, PVC/wood composite mixtures, and PP/PE composite pellets. When equipped with different die heads and downstream equipment, it can be applied to the manufacturing of pipes, profiles, composite profiles, panels, sheets, and pelletizing. It consists of the following items:
- Driving motor: Equipped with a famous-brand motor as the driving source.
- Gearbox: Equipped with a famous-brand gearbox to ensure maximum power output.
- Screw & barrel: Made of bi-metallic material. The screw core is equipped with an oil-medium temperature regulation device, and the barrel is equipped with an air blower as a cooling device. The screw and barrel design adapts a reasonable and optimal structure based on the characteristics of the raw material formula, ensuring proper plasticizing and melt flow.
- Control system: Equipped with famous-brand electrical components to ensure accurate control.
