A complete polyethylene pipe extrusion solution for producing 20 mm to 110 mm plastic tubes. These HDPE pipe extruder machines are engineered for drip irrigation pipe manufacturing and a wide range of PE tube production applications.

Spacious flow channel design for high extrusion capacity and an optimal melting effect. Manufactured and inspected by experienced professionals, with optimized temperature control and flow channel design for precise melt temperature management.
Constructed from stainless 304 steel with an excellent vacuum system for precise pipe sizing. The holder in the first step ensures proper pipe shaping and provides additional power for pipe movement.
Ten-crawler track system ensures stable and steady pipe operation. A unique mechanism prevents pipe ovality, while the specialized belt design assures proper pulling without slippage.
Offers two cutting methods: rapid cutter and planetary cutter. The cutting method can be switched at will according to the requirements of the produced pipe material.
16–40 mm HDPE pipes are wound by a double disk coiler, while 50–110 mm pipes use a single disk coiler. Fully automatic operation powered by a cylinder system.
