Product Description
This production line is primarily designed for pellet manufacturing. Through extrusion, strand forming, cooling, and cutting into pellets, it makes the storage of pipe raw materials far more convenient. In recent years, market demand for pellets has remained strong. Our granulating line consists of an extruder, cooling tank, air knife, pelletizer, and vibration sieve. All components are of top-brand quality and built for a long working lifetime.

Pelletizers are constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel. The pelletizing blades and die are made from special alloy steels and coatings selected according to the plastic type. Mobile parts minimize the maintenance period, and speed control for the pelletizing blades allows granule size to be adjusted during operation.
Granule size is controlled by the vibration sieve: granules that are too small or too large are filtered out. Only granules meeting the size requirement are transported by air into the storage silo.
