PP-R/PE-RT PIPE EXTRUSION LINE

 

COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:

PP-R/PE-RT pipe extrusion lines are is applied for manufacturing PP-R/PE-RT pipes with different pressure class needed in field of cold, hot and drinking water etc..

The complete extrusion consists of following items:

  • Single screw extruder
  • Co- extruder: to manufacture marking multi-layers of pipe
  • Die head
  • Vacuum tank: due to diameter, it can be designing of single, double vacuum chambers
  • Cooling tank: due to diameter, the numbers of cooling tanks can be one or two
  • Haul-offs: due to diameter, it can be designing of double or three caterpillars
  • Cutter: no scraps cutter.
  • Tipping chute

We appreciate the high-temperature washing system and strong drying capacity. The whole line is optimized for continuous operation, and maintenance points are easy to access. Production cost is much lower compared to our previous system.
