 HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGES DRYER USED FOR PET CRUSHING, WASHING AND DRYING LINE

Horizontal Centrifuges are applied for wasted plastics at high speed and they clean plastics intensively by friction. Our improved rotor and rotor wings design creates more friction which increases centrifuge efficiency.

Horizontal Centrifuges are made of SUS304 material in 3 meters – 5 meters length and diameter 250mm to 500mm according to its capacity.’

• The processing procedure of the complete washing line for PET consists of sorting - label removing – crushing - floating washer with cold water - agitating washer with hot water- floating washer with cold water - centrifugal drying - label separating again–collection.
• Wasted PET can be crushed, washed, dried, and collected into a silo with clean PET flakes.
• High efficiency and performance.
• Less power consumption and operator attendance.
