HDPE / PET Plastic Pelletizing Machine Single Stage Extruder Energy Saving
COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:
PLASTICS RECYCLING PELLETIZING LINES WITH SINGLE STAGE EXTRUDER are used for granulating PE,PP,PS and ABS clean industrial scraps or wasted and dried plastics in film, rigid or foam form. Plastic granulating lines are used for granulating PE,PP,PS and ABS clean industrial scraps or wasted and dried plastics in film, rigid or foam form. Size reduction can be done by Granulator or Shredder according to the form, dimensions and capacity of the line. Form of plastic is important for choosing the right feeding type for extruder. Also moisture of the material is important for the line. Drying before extrusion can be done by full automatic or manual built-in Agglomeration machines.
PLASTICS RECYCLING PELLETIZING LINES WITH DOUBLE STAGE EXTRUDERS are especially used for granulating plastics in rigid form. Screw diameter. L/D, degassing zone, melt filter type and diameter are chosen according to the plastic type and form.
Screw is welded by PTA hard welding for extra protection against abrasion. Screw & barrel are hardened by nitration and induction. Bimetallic barrels produced by centrifugal casting are also available. By using speed controlled main engine, plastics with different density and MFI can be granulated with the same pressure and capacity. Direct coupling connection of gearbox and main engine, ceramic industrial heaters and inverters lead to high energy efficiency.
Granule Extruders are controlled by user friendly intelligent PLC system and touch screen and Manual control are available.
- The pelletizing extrusion of single stage extruder with string cutting consists of loader (built-in agglomerator/shredder drum)–extruder-die head-water tank-string pelletizer- collection silo.
- The pelletizing extrusion of single stage extruder with die-face cutting under water consists of loader (built-in agglomerator/shredder drum) –extruder-die-face pelletizer- centrifugal dryer-collection silo.
