Production Process Flow
Powder Mixer → Spring Feeder → Extruder Machine → Mold → Vacuum Calibration Table → Hauling Off Machine → Cutting Machine → Stacker
Material Preparation: Wood powder (60-80 mesh, moisture content below 8%) processed through milling and drying → Mixing with plastic → Pelletizing (optional for PVC) → Profile extrusion → Surface treatment (sanding, wood pattern pressing, film coating)
