Description:
Waste PET drink bottle crushing washing drying recycling line is designed for recycling waste drink bottles into clean PET flakes. The final recycled flakes reach fiber, bottle to bottle grade.
The production main flow as follows: Chain conveyor- Debaler- Double screws loader- Prewasher- Double screws loader-Sorting platform-Crusher- Screw discharger- High speed horizontal dewater-Hot washer boiler-High speed friction washer- PET cold water boiler(or here can use PET washing tank)- Screw loader- High speed horizontal dewater-Zigzag separator- Packing Silo.
The capacity of this PET bottle recycling machine is 300kg/h-5000kg/h, we can accord to custom’s requirements to choose suitable machines.
Applications:
