Process Details
Main Process Flow: baler break → label removal → crushing → washing → dewatering → drying → storage
Included Equipment: baler breaker, sorting platform, belt conveyor, label remover, crusher, screw loader, single or double screws washing tank, steam washing machine, screw discharger, friction washer, dewatering machine, drying machine, storage hopper
Working Principle: This PET bottle recycling system separates labels via label remover, crushes bottles into flakes, removes contaminants through hot washing, friction washing, and washing tanks, then dewaters and dries to produce clean PET flakes.
Capacity Range: 300kg/h to 5000kg/h, with customizable configurations to meet specific requirements
